1.Introduction

  Anechoic chamber is a building for professional acoustic characteristics test, where the space inside is equivalent to approximatly free space. The anechoic chamber provides not only a special test site for acoustic test, but also an important guarantee to test accuracy of the acoustic performance.

  RStech has accumulated experience and theories of acoustic anechoic chamber. A large number of anechoic chamber is designed and built according to customized dimensions, devices is to be measured and low frequency cutoff frequency. The process conforms the ISO3745-2012 and GB/T6882-2016 standard, and satisfied the customs’ requirements for acoustic test.

2.Technical Indicators

  ◆Low frequency cutoff frequency: 100Hz.
  ◆Background noise: Not higher than 25dB(A weighted, S, without noise under the condition of no instantaneous impact noise outside,and noise level is not higher than 65dB/A).
  ◆Anechoic chamber wall outside surface: 2mm thickness plate,, rust prevention, spray paint.
  ◆Anechoic chamber wall structure: 2mm thickness cold rolled sheet-12mm FC plate-5mm damping pad-40 square tube keel armor+50mm thickness sound insulation glass wool board-5mm damping pad-9mm thickness magnesite fireproof board-1.5mm thickness cold roll sheet(designed according to custom and technical requirements).
  ◆The sound absorption structure: Interior cloth frame-25mm thickness glass wool board-25 air coupled cavity, the latest advanced fire protection, environmental protection 32K centrifugal superfine glass wool is applied. (designed according to custom and technical requirements).
  ◆Door: Steel professional sound insulation door.
  ◆Others: satisfy the requirements that professional lighting, pipeline, power strip etc..
